EXAMS N HOLIDAYS
Month of June is Exams month to most college students all over the world. However umi sons hadi n saiful had theirs in May.
During this month umi's heart pound as fast as umi's son but have to b calm as the frequency flows n wants a positive attitude for both umi sons.
Exams to umi are going on stage being awarded during those days, now umi knows its importance as a step to a better life style. Excellence today is at finger tips, why!!! because there are these motivation camp, tuitions and personal tutor, books to excellence and even counselor to assist students with their study programme. However not many excell. Hmmmm Hmmmm Why!!!
Umi's observation is simply there are also an increase of entertainment n games needing full concentration. Umi's time most of the challenges side kick were physical games ie konda kandi, marbles, police n thieve, tenteng n many others. Once stuck or curfew at home umi's mind are fresh n could absorbed subjects as easily. Todays entertainment are play stations, computers game n many others which requires mind concentration n repeatition. Once kena warning by mums or dad the mind are too tired n only 30-40% or at times none at all that could absorbed the school syllibus.
Umi usually allows umi sons with their style of studying till second semester, once results secured and not to their expectation umi will give umi sons a studying scedules and no excuses excepted. Umi is very stern in this department because it's for their future life style.
What happens to umi son in college, well dearest all, he is on his own, only can listen n advice from far.
Once exams over holidays will follow n umi son hadi n saiful are into football every evening with neighbouring kids. What happens to college student after exams, holidays too . Umi's advice at this time travels or join any social NGO clubs, understand n feel the responsibilities of helping others. Not only that ur actually building up net-working and it will help umi son n daughter once u've obtain ur scroll.
Maaannny malay college students lepak2 or sleep n eat during holidays, it's a waste of precious time n u are actually lowering ur self esteem. Umi n college gang we used the opportunity travelling( student style le- cheap n convienience) This way umi learnt patience-got to tolerate friends that mandi n siap very d slow one, respect coz meeting friends' parents or uncles n aunties ( if free lodging le) Umi have this scrap book sort of diary n it stimulates umi's critical thinking n broaden umi's perspective with regards to human relationship ( meeting n mingling with small children sampai old people, gramma n grampa).
All this experience has enable umi to understand people better coz we come from different upbringing n surrounded by many characters. This umi dearest son n daughters are very important in life. We will stay humble knowing there are many others who deserve better than us but was not given the opportunities.
Exams n Holidays are actually a step to understand stress n relax. We need to balance them n this will enables us to smile always n we'll be surrounded with many positive n kind hearted people.
Do well in Exams K n Enjoy ur holidays, umi sons n daughters.

-but umi, some peeps without degree pun boleh survive and make loads of money. like Lim Goh Tong. wahh..takda degree pun bleh hidup. camne dorg boleh buat camtu?

-passion and desire! not many excell because dorg tak minat?! parents suka paksa la umi. so sangat tensi. having only skills and brain pun can't do much, without passion. i'm a teenager as well and we,among teens, talk about it alot. so, how umi?

afiq sure can..he's very hard working la umi. my course pun takda sampai macam afiq's, and yet, see..he still survive. afiq, kid tabik hormat! maybe results ada sikit slack last time, he gonna recover ASAP, kan afiq!? must!

-sad sad..i cant go anywhere i like without papa or mama. i can be stubborn as usually i am, but not this one. too risky! instead, papa wants me to continue music classes and mama wants me to go driving range during the holidays..

Well, slalu kalau cuti afiq bukak bisnes. Dulu cuti panjang afq jual soup and icecream, profit 300 riggit perweek tuh...(modal tak perlulah..hehe) takpun buat tuition but kat KL ni mcm susah sket.
And plus. Afiq ada olympiarch. Rasernyer cuti pun kene pergi. Afiq buat 'installation' ngan group. cambest jek..

-wah..baru 18 dah terer buat duit! papa dulu slalu ajar camne nak meniaga, but kid tak minat ah! jual sandwich school family day. huhu~ lagi, everytime kalo main monopoly ngan papa or mama, sure kid bankrap cepat. hahaha~~ *daymn i miss home!*

Kid, learning humanity via books ok gak but how do u test ur patience n toleration~!! Only with experience we are able 2 endure n understand peoples characters. no worry dearest, u'll face them as time passes by n be critical n creative coz most unfortunate people, they are very creative n sustainable, a reason why they excell in life coz every step they take it's an adventure n most of the time it's a step for better life style.
However as 4 us d fortunate group, d first step we make it's not that great example umi sells pisang goreng during school holidays for a bicycle but it's no big deal to d family coz umi's uncle can just buy them without any hardship(dah kaya in generation)but in contrary with those unfortunate it'll be talk of d kampung n they will cycle with pride n this motivate them. D fortunate, will cakap2 of a better bike our dad can get for us n we begin to be dependent on mum n dad. Umi tries to implement the unfortunate motivation thing n umi's sons except hadi at this moment gets very excited of even RM10 profit because owning d extras ( others than basic requirement)is not umi's priority-n its their greatest achievement n we will brag about it coz it's from own hardship n pocket.
This also explain why d fortunate students tak excell coz most parents will adhere to childs cry. If tak make it enroll different college. sigh. As 4 umi sorry le.
As 4 d cuti things with friends, umi sons n daughter must prove to mum n dad that u're responsible n have taken all steps of emergency once happens not just a call home n say HELp unless crucial. Biasale mum n dad sibuk2 will call every seconds but importantly explain to them d accomplishment of d trip n please dearest don't ever lie 2 mum n dad coz we have ginnies n second eyes(boleh tau punye kalau tipu,he he he)
Hi anak umi afiq, u may experience failure now(results not as expected) but it's only first sem n set ur strategy, discuss with umi n of u go 4 excellence next sem. K
Umi maybe sad but blamming d system will not do good. Focus n b in d system, once u have created ur name n positions change them, as 4 now its' ur first step to reality-working /living world. Take a deep breath n let go of ur loudest shout. THAT'S it dah keluar, umi's positive aura will flow into u n u'll excell, smile K miss u nak miss u a lot(tears flowing slowly n putera's wondering why).
Puteri, sit back n rewind all mama's advice- mesti ada same with umi but we tend to listen 2 others except our owned coz dearey, that's pride n no worry, it's normal n umi also have those n smile thinking how silly willy umi was b4.Hmmm

Umi thanks for the special entry for exams sigh have 5 huge exams this semester, patho physiology, patho anatomy, general surgery, internal disease (therapy) and pharmacology boleh pengsannnn... :( :( seriusly tak tau camna nak study sgt banyak ..
btw ada orang puji komen umi kat my entry pasal internet tu.. hehe.. dia kata cam warming baca msg umi...
Umi son afiq, not 2 worry K just b truthful n strategies ur subjects. Will fly 2 KL n help. Firstly where's d words belum ok lagi tau.
Umi son mirul, wow such bombastic words, all those subjects- deary ; sit back have a pencil n write ur priority. Then having 24 hours devide them according hours of learning required, all of them. After u have all d subjects hours written group all notes n books as accordance(tak perlu tercari2 nanti) Have a nice rest n a focus prayers,
However deary, b4 any papers try not to rush or panic coz u have covered all d subject n once in d exam hall/room everything will flow just nicely. Once exam done keep books n notes away n have a nap,15-30mins. Awake with full positive aura n revised d paper 4 2 morro.
Dearest umi son mirul, not 2 worry u'll b excellence n my prayers to u always. Doctor mirul hmmm sound ok sure patient terus baik tengok n jumpa je. he he.

am contemplating sebenarnya life is still young and full of adventures but true love differentiates from LUST. that is the most important thing sbb me as a youngster mmg penuh dgn lust *wink* tapi sekarang dah dapat control alhamdulillah becoz of luv.
umi, kenapa tak contact je balik dia.. sounds so sweet willing to convert and everything. i guess that's the biggest sacrifice anyone can make for you. :) it'll be wonderful if you can keep in touch and know about each other's life stories. and reflect about past stories masa dulu dulu it'll be such a huge SPARK!! :)
thanks umi for the exam tips.. really really appreciate it. unfortunately (dammm!!) the exams are all conducted orally! so depan examiner dia bagi 40 mins preparation time (after knowin my question) then 20 mins jawab depan dia, nasib lah time tu kalau nervous semua hancur. tapi kalau pandai goreng ok gak :)

umi.. mana ada afiq lupakan sacrifices umi. Mana umi tau? Afiq kat sini belajar and buat projek jer. Takder aktiviti lain2. kluar ngan arine sekali.
lagi pun afiq dah dekat ngan exam. Nak belajar 24/7. Lepastu bila cuti start afiq ader olympiarc kat skudai utk seminggu.

truly agreelah kenapa x score dgn exam..cam nadrah la kan,internet depan mata 24/7 so i cant really concentrate on what i m reading at the same time i m surfing.. but then again,the method seem to work..coz I study more than I sleep hihihi..
